Sinycal is a progressive house DJ currently residing in Pula, Croatia. Until early 2010., Sinycal spent 20 years living in the United States, most recently in Texas, where he used to run a weekly event in downtown Dallas. Prior to that, he lived in Los Angeles and San Diego, where he played the local club scene. Sinycal has also DJ'd at events in Zagreb, Rijeka, Vancouver, London, Hong Kong, and the Burning Man Festival.

His sound is described as always melodic, and most often driving, with a gradual progression from head knobbing into booty shaking levels. At times, he veers off into more spacey and eerie waters, maintaining the groove with thick, throbbing basslines.
